The warm summer breeze made the grass dance as we said good bye to another day. I caught a glimpse of the sunset on the horizon and was transported to many summers’ past. As the seasons turn, I live and experience the new while carrying pieces of the old. The memories of love and friendship were now awakened in the nostalgic air.
We spread a blanket and found ourselves talking about the old. Soon there was no light except for the flickering fireflies that surrounded us. How sweet, how bliss, to have and to know friends like these.
